A Senior staff member told us:
“We are proud to confirm that one of the Automotive Industry’s most prestigious recruiters, Shiralee Mahon, will be joining Ex-Forces Recruitment.
“Shiralee has been a key player in the field of Automotive Design Recruitment for almost 20 years and has played a significant part in the development of one of the Industries most renowned Recruitment agencies, creating in excess of £100 million in total gross revenue. Shiralee is now looking to put her heart into expanding the business and continue her passion for people in embracing this new challenge.
“We are delighted to working alongside Shiralee once again. She has the ability to build relationships with ease and enthusiasm. Once she has fulfilled her obligations with her former employer over the next few weeks, we are hoping for her to stride ahead and propel us forward with the many new opportunities our company can offer.”
Today I am very excited to announce my acceptance of a proposed start to become a Board Member and Shareholder at Ex-Forces Recruitment Global Ltd.
I will be taking on the role of Relationships Director. I am overwhelmed to be offered the opportunity to be part of such an ethical business model, love the ethos behind the company and I am very passionate about being given the chance to work for such a worthwhile cause.
This momentous challenge has presented itself to me at just the right time in my life and will give me the opportunity to give something back to so many people from so many walks of life. I need a new challenge to get my teeth into and I feel this is exactly that. I have wholeheartedly enjoyed my time at Futura Design and love and appreciate the many friendships I have made. I have been proud to be part of the family, huge thanks to all my colleagues who have supported me and the business relationships that have developed from the Automotive Industry. Thank you all. I am hoping to start at the beginning of September upon officially leaving Futura.
